The Prime Minister, Ousmane Sonko noted in the Council of Ministers this , the requirement attached to the finalization, during the year 2025, of the full digitalization of administrative acts and procedures, in particular the management of careers, the acceleration of the process of reform of the legal framework of the health and social action sector as well as the ratification of the Convention of the International Labor Organization (ILO) on violence and harassment.

He highlighted, in accordance with the directives of the of State, the actions envisaged by the Government for the effective implementation, within the agreed deadlines, of the National Social Stability Pact for inclusive and sustainable growth, concluded on May 1, 2025 with the social partners.

In this regard, he asked the Minister of Labor, in connection with the Minister, Secretary General of the Government, to ensure efficient piloting and monitoring of the implementation of the Pact.

To this end, Sonko underlined the emergency attached to the launch of the inclusive development process of the Pact implementation plan and the adoption, before the end of May 2025, of the texts fixing the operating rules of the implementation bodies.

He also insisted on close monitoring, by sectoral ministries, of the application of signed agreements, the identification of commitments that can be taken into account in the amending finance law 2025, the submission to the Council of Ministers of Decree Projects modifying decrees number 74-347 of April 12, 1974 and number 2006-392 of April 27, 2006 relating to decision-making teachers.
