During a press held this Tuesday, April 06, 2025, at the home of Bocar Samba Diéye, the president of the Association of Customers and Members of Financial Institutions (ACSIF), Famara Ibrahima Cissé, denounced a long judicial operator against the CBAO. The Association of Customers and Members of Financial Institutions (ACSIF) went up to the niche this Tuesday, May 6, 2025 to denounce what it describes as serious abuse in the processing of the judicial file between Bocar Samba Diéye and the CBAO.

Despite several decisions rendered by the courts, the AcSIF deplores the systematic non -performance of judgments. “All his property has been seized. And we fear that his current residence will be the next on the list, ”hammered Mr. Cissé.

The association claims that justice recognizes that the CBAO owes 11.5 billion CFA francs to Bocar Samba Diéye. Several calls brought by the bank have led to decisions confirming this amount. However, nothing moves.

Famara Ibrahima Cissé launched a solemn appeal to the state: “Bocar Samba Diéye is a 92 -year -old man. He deserves justice. We the authorities to take responsibility and to ensure the execution of judicial decisions. »»
