The canton of Friborg is proud to announce the production of its cartographic portal, Maps.fr.ch. Put into service in 2015, the previous portal must indeed be abandoned for reasons of computer obsolescence, even though it is always very efficient and it gives complete satisfaction.

The new portal offers users the same information as that available on the old system. The features of the portal, much appreciated, have been maintained, guaranteeing continuity in the user experience.

In addition Maps.fr.ch also offers new possibilities and turns into a modern web geographic information system, capable of replacing an office application in many situations. Thanks to its visualization capacities and extensive features, it allows you to find the information sought in the territory, to share it, to carry out analyzes and becomes a precious decision aid tool.

Whether you are a professional of geoinformation, a specialist in the territory or simply a citizen of curious people, maps.fr.ch is designed to meet your needs and facilitate your projects. We invite all users and users of MAP.GEO.FR.CH to adopt now maps.fr.ch.
