A passage in front of the statue of General de Gaulle is scheduled for 5:20 p.m., before a military ceremony at the Arc de Triomphe.
“The President of the Republic will deliver a speech, will give the Legion of Honor to a resistant and then attend a parade of reconstitutors and schoolchildren,” said the Élysée.
