Put online in April 2020, at the height of the confinement made necessary by the Pandemic of Covid-19, Parliament proposed to mix pedagogy with comedy by infiltrating viewers behind the scenes of the Strasbourg institution, and by placing their steps in those of Samy Kantor, a parliamentary assistant interpreted with a newcomer, Xavier Lacaille. Inexperienced and rascal, gaffeur but idealistic, Samy gave the series his neophyte point of view on an institution where each decision, each agreement, each compromise is the subject of negotiations as polenting as necessary.
