Ismaïla Sow recalls that the state had announced the suppression of certain taxes to lighten the charges of breeders, without specifying which ones. “We would like to know which ones,” he insisted, stressing the lack of concrete communication on this subject. Another commitment mentioned: the distribution of livestock food to support the herds present on points of sale during the Tabaski period.
