Today in remission of his cancer, Florent Pagny speaks on his illness in his new single, Still loving Youwritten and composed by Vianney.
After several difficult years, marked by lung cancer, Florent Pagny is back on the front of the scene. In the wake of his victory in The Voice Francewhere he coached the trio Cellothe singer has just unveiled the first extract from his next album, to be published next September.
ANDCrit, composed and produced by Vianneythis single entitled Still loving You evokes through his words the disease, death, but also and above all the love that the singer has to his wife, Azucena. A strong message, which he expresses through a very beautiful jump in the treble, proving that he has lost none of his vocal power.
An international tour in preparation
This new album will also be an opportunity for Florent Pagny to take revenge on his last tour, which he had been forced to shorten following the relapse of his cancer. After the release of his album, the singer plans to hit the road in January 2026, for an event tour called “Le Retour”, counting no less than twenty dates at the Olympia and four concerts at Forest National, June 9, 10, 12 and 13.
He will also be accompanied on stage of the group Cellowhich will follow him throughout the next year through France, Switzerland and Belgium.
