The National Agency for Civil Aviation and Meteorology (Anacim) of Senegal issued its meteorological bulletin No. 126 on May 6, 2025. These forecasts are valid for a very short deadline, from May 6 at 12:00 to May 7 at 12:00 p.m. According to Anacim, over the next 24 hours, the sky will be temporarily cloudy over most of the country, with the exception of the northeast region where time will be sunny.
Due to the cloudy presence, the feeling of heat will be slightly attenuated on the territory. Daily temperatures will vary between 39 ° C in Kédougou and 45 ° C in Matam. On the coast, especially in Dakar, more moderate temperatures of 27 ° C are planned. Visibities can be affected by dust particles in the northern and center of the country regions.
