Bandai Namco continues to improve Freedom Wars Remastered With a major update deployed this week: the version 1.8.0. Available now, this patch brings a series of notable improvements both in terms of gameplay, Balance of weapons, quality of life et General game stability.

Adding a dash function
Great novelty of this patch, players can now Activate or deactivate a dash function (Quick race) By keeping the dodge button. The option is accessible via the sinner management menu, in advanced settings. A welcome improvement for mobility in combat.
Weapon adjustments and balancing
A large number of weapons have been modified to improve their efficiency or balance clashes. Here are some of the most striking changes:
- Murasame / Damascus Knife : increased travel speeds, more powerful weak attacks.
- AAW Series : reduced damage and impact area led to PVP, but improved recharging rate.
- Blaster Series : overall increase in power, dizzy damage, range and PVP damage.
- Igel Series : Better ammunition capacity, greater precision, and possibility of reaching several parts of an enemy.
- Mutated Weapons : the parameters related to the regeneration of the ammunition were considerably increased.
Corrections de bugs
Many bugs have been corrected, improving the game stability :
- Target display and locking problems with certain corrected weapons.
- Bugs linked to inadvertent -sateed cut scenes via the Thorn Ejection button now resolved.
- Reinforced stability in multiplayer fairs, in particular on Nintendo Switchwhere some players appeared with identical identifiers.
System and quality of life adjustments
- Modular (arms components): now grouped by type for more intuitive navigation.
- Personalization objects : Sorting by category has been revised for more clarity.
