Inter Milan qualified for the final of the Champions League by beating FC Barcelona Tuesday evening after extra time (4-3). At the end of regulation time, the score was 3-3, as in the first leg six days earlier in Montjuïc. But thirty seconds earlier, it was still 3-2 in favor of Barça, which had drew a delay in two goals conceded in the first half, first on a counter concluded by Lautaro Martinez (21st) then thanks to a penalty granted for a too vigorous tackle of Cubarsi on Lautaro Martinez and transformed by Calhanoglou (45th + 1). In six minutes, Barça had equalized, on two times at close range of the foot of Eric Garcia (54th) then the head of Dani Olmo (60th).
The Catalans scored in the 87th minute a goal they thought decisive, by Raphinha, in two stages in front of Yann Sommer. And then, in the third minute of additional time, the Swiss goalkeeper gave off far ahead, Marcus Thuram recovered the ball, served Dumfries on the right side, the center of which was cut to the first post by the Acerbi defender mounted in advances (90th + 3). In a totally crazy atmosphere, the Inter snatched the qualification, and made the difference by Davide Frattesi (99th), after again an excellent preparatory work of Thuram.
