Pedro Sánchez also pointed out that Spain was fully mobilized this Monday to ensure a return to normal, after this gigantic failure whose effects were felt to Morocco. A crisis meeting was also summoned to assess the situation and coordinate response efforts.

For its part, the manager of the Spanish electricity network estimated that it would take between six and ten hours for a complete recovery of electricity, after this interruption occurred around 10:30 am GMT and having affected the entire Iberian Peninsula.
