After the “G&G”-out, the future of Jennifer Bosshard is still unclear at SRF. In conversation with Nau.ch, the moderator is now revealing new details.
The most important thing shortly
In almost two months, the moderation team is entering the studio of “faces and stories” for the last time – after that is over. SRF pulls the plug after 20 years due to the tense financial situation.
Despite the deposition of the format, SRF continues to report on social issues. The content is to be produced by a specialist group in the newsroom for various programs and online offers.

As SRF announced last week on request from Nau.ch, pregnant moderator Tanya König (37) is part of the new team of seven.
Her colleagues Michel Birri (38) and Joel Grolimund (33) also remain loyal to the company: but before the microphone on Radio SRF 3.
“You have to be patient”
But what about the professional future of «G&G» figurehead Jennifer Bosshard (31)? So far, it said on the part of the SRF that the Basel woman was still in “conversations”.
Does she now know more now? On the edge of the vernissage for the anniversary book of the show, the moderator reveals to Nau.ch on Monday evening: “Unfortunately, I can’t answer it yet.”

However, adding promising: «You have to be patient. I would say until next week, then I can say more. »

SRF: Moderator has high demands after «G&G»
Bosshard is still undecided about other career plans – she reveals: “I am someone who is very interested in.”
In addition to the People-Journalism, your heart burns especially for cultural and historical issues. According to the 31-year-old, she feels comfortable in these areas.

What is Jennifer Bosshard particularly important with a potential new employer?
“In the end, a place of work where I feel comfortable must be one with whom the team is right. And then I have very, very high demands now that I was at ‘g & g ›.»
Bosshard and Birri launched joint podcasts
One thing in which she feels at least as comfortable is the latest Basel project: since the end of April she has been running a podcast with colleague Michel Birri to remove the SRF broadcast. A “processing process”, as Jennifer Bosshard describes him.

The two moderators chat out of the sewing box. Reveal one or the other anecdote about your job and share thoughts about your future plans.
1Yes, very shame.
2Yes, but I understand the decision.
3No, I think that’s good.
Bosshard told Nau.ch: “We are there to find out what we still want and can and what we still want in life.”
