National gold price this morning 07/05/2025
According to a HA Tinh newspaper survey at 4:30 am on May 7, 2025, the price of gold recorded a slight drop after a sharp increase yesterday afternoon, on May 6, causing the price of national gold to exceed the threshold, reaching 123.3 million VND Tael at 9:00 am.
At the opening of today’s negotiation session, the price of gold on May 7, 2025, the gold market is still above 122 million VND/Tael.
Consequently, the price of SJC gold ingots is listed by Saigon Jewelry Company – SJC at 120.2 – 122.2 million VND/Tael (Purchase – Sale).
By opening the session this morning, the Doji also negotiated the price of gold at 120.2 million VND/Tael for the purchase – 122.2 million VND/Tael for sale.
The price of SJC gold rings at Bao Tin Minh Chau Company Limited is negotiated at 117.5/Tael for purchase and 120.5 million VND/Tael for sale.
-Compared to the negotiation session of yesterday morning, on May 6, the prices of national gold decreased slightly but remained at a high level. This shows that the internal gold market reacts positively to the increased demand for refuge values. Investors must closely monitor to seize opportunities in the context of high gold prices fluctuations.

Converted according to the USD exchange rate on the free market (25,960 VND/USD), the world price of gold is equivalent to around 106.96 million VND/Tael (excluding taxes and fresh). Compared to the price of the SJC National Golden Lingot on the same day (120.5-122.5 million VND/TAEL), the current price of SJC gold is around 15.54 million higher than the international price of gold.
