MONTRÉAL, the 7 out of 2025 /CNW/ – BelronMD Canada is proud to announce that Tony ciofi will be his next president. Michel Savardwho is the current president of Belron Canada since 2022, made the decision to retire from Belron Canada on July 31, 2025.
Michel Savard joined Belron Canada 15 years ago as vice-president, retail operations. He transformed the company during his career by creating efficient teams, focusing on execution excellence and establishing ambitious standards. Over the years, he has gradually assumed additional responsibilities, in particular distribution operations, the supply chain and the franchised network, which has prepared him to take the presidency in 2022.
Under the leader of Michel SavardBelron Canada has developed and strengthened valuable business relationships with key partners such as insurance companies, many business customers as well as with suppliers of the glass and automotive industry.
Added to this is a record performance in terms of employee engagement, an exceptional net recommendation rate (NPS), undisputed testimony of the level of customer satisfaction, record participation in the Spirit of Belron challenge, a first victory in the international Best of Belron competition and unprecedented financial results. The inheritance that Michel Savard Leave behind him will serve as a solid basis for the continuity of organizational success.

Since his arrival at Belron Canada in 2023, Tony ciofi holds the position of vice-president, finance and administration. During this period, he led the strategic plan to continue to develop the company and also managed the acquisition activities, carrying out four acquisitions in 12 months.
