Intimate drama, The Indomed However, in its form and its rhythm all of a thriller, and it is a success. Hollywood has the astonishing ability to surprise us while using a most classic cinematographic form. Daniel Minahan, who has multiplied the series on (House of Cards, Game of Thrones, True Blood…) Show a great narrative sense by adapting Shannon Pufahl’s novel And we will run away on horses (The pocket book).

Romance that mixes heterosexuality and homosexuality, The Indomed Moves in more ways than one in the portrait of a woman where passion and of the game overlooks. On screens on April 30.

Located in the 1950s in , The Indomed First distills the pleasure of seeing on the screen a beautiful reconstruction of these years considered as a golden age in Hollywood, when the States asserts itself as a flagship of civilization, in a march to positive , now anchored in consumerism which will win the whole planet.

Daniel Minahan to the glamorous image of the sumptuous Hollywood years. Located in the of the game, rather than the more expected that of cinema, is a major asset of Untamed And offers magnificent images of the horse background, less awaited than that of cinema. Daisy Edgar-Jones who interprets Muriel, of all plans, interprets a difficult role with presence and talent, and would not deserve recognition to the Oscars.

The Indomed Constitutes a nice American surprise before the Cannes Film Festival which did not retain it in its selection. Its classic form is undoubtedly voluntary to counterbalance its subject, somewhat sulfurous. To the realization, Daniel Minahan shows the greatest elegance, in a sober and realistic reconstruction, while drawing endearing and complex characters, on a romantic scenario which carries from start to finish as in an action film. Amazing.
