Yasmine Tabet-Derraz appointed secretary general of the group
By succeeding Sophie Gavard-Benjelloun, Yasmine Tabet-Derraz joins the Executive Committee and takes responsibility for the legal, ethical, compliance, governance and external communication functions, in direct support to the global strategy of Lesieur Cristal.
A lawyer by training, a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Toulouse and holder of an MBA executive of HEC Paris, she has more than twenty years of experience in complex and regulated environments. She notably held legal management positions in the telecommunications sector, before supporting, as an independent advisor, several large groups operating in new technologies, the pharmaceutical industry and the food industry. As such, she contributed to the structuring of the governance program of Lesieur Cristal, baptized “Ethika”, before joining the group.
His mastery of governance and compliance issues, combined with a solid culture of legal risk management and a strategic approach to organizational transformations, constitutes a major asset to support the development of the group.
Osama Sabry, Director of Human Resources
From 1is May 2025, Mr. Osama Sabry joined the Executive Committee and supports the management of the Human Resources function.
Indeed, after four years in the service of the group, Mr. Abdellah Dourou left his duties as director of human resources, CSR & SST. His contribution to the development of human capital and to support the group’s strategic projects was significant, assisted in this by Mr. Osama Sabry, HR Business Director.
In this sense, since he joined the group in 2009, after a first course at Marsa Maroc, Mr. Osama Sabry accompanied important transformation projects. With more than twenty years of experience in human resources management, he has actively contributed to the structuring of the HR function and to the strengthening of social dialogue.
Holder of an MBA, a master’s degree in HR management and currently a doctoral student in organizational psychology, Mr. Osama Sabry will continue to support the group’s responsible and sustainable development.
Consolidated governance in the service of the group’s ambition
These appointments illustrate the desire of the Lesieur Cristal group to strengthen its governance to support its business project, based on performance, creation of shared value and societal commitment. Through an embodied organization and turned to the future, the group reaffirms its ambition to remain a benchmark player in the food industry in Morocco and Africa.
