Selon Hespressthe text provides for the obligation for each goalkeeper to wear an identifiable uniform and a badge mentioning his name and his authorization number. He prohibits any overcharging, imposing compliance with the prices set by the municipality, and prohibits the use of the threat or the force to require payment. Dressious behavior, arguments with users or between guards are also banished.
In addition, the specifications prohibits the use of public spaces for annexed purposes, such as washing cars or the sale of goods. It also requires the payment of the municipal taxes provided for the temporary operation of the public domain, while limiting the activity area of each goalkeeper to a perimeter of 70 meters.
This initiative comes while many approved cars’ guards call for the regularization of their status, pleading for a clear legal framework which guarantees them worthy working conditions.
As such, the National Sanad association submitted a project to the presidency of the municipal council to formalize the activity and put an end to the disorder caused by the unauthorized “yellow vests”.
