According to the Omani mediator, this ceasefire will allow “Guarantee freedom of navigation and the fluidity of international maritime trade”. In the immediate future, no reaction from the Houthis could be obtained.
A little earlier, Donald Trump said the Houthistes had “Capitulated” and promised that American bombings in Yemen would stop with “Immediate effect”, The same day when Israel struck infrastructure and destroyed the Yemenite capital International airport Sanaa. The bombings would have killed three people, according to the rebels.
