A disorganized individual would have scared students from a Quebec primary school in the last days.
The incident occurred in the Grande-Hermine primary school, which welcomes around 350 children on the 2e Avenue, in the district of the Cité-Limoilou.
Possibly struggling with a mental health problem, the man disguised in Batman would have made strange remarks near the school courtyard.
“Patrouilleurs have come to take the complaint because it is not the first time. The school policewoman was informed. We take this seriously, “said spokesperson Pierre-Olivier Lévesque.
The SPVQ believes to know the identity of the suspect, which has not yet been located.
-“We saw fit to notify the parents,” said a spokesperson for the capital’s school service center.
A note was finally sent to the parents.
“An apparently disorganized individual approached the school fence and addressed a few students. This behavior may have worried or make some children. At no time was the students’ safety compromised, ”wrote management.
Teachers will take the time to approach this event in class to recall the safety rules to follow “in a reassuring framework and adapted to the age of the students,” it was added.
