Nearly 225 bags of cheese per , three employees and a continuous potato preparation: this is the new daily life of the restaurant “Your Maison” de Longueuil since Olivier Primeau awarded a note of 9.8/10 to his Putin week.

From the days of the publication, the team was faced with several breaks in Putin cheese stock, which forced the owner to order record of fresh cheese.

“One day, I $ 12,000 in cheese,” says Diana Beqiri, owner of the restaurant.

The establishment has gone from 80 to 225 bags of two kilos per day, says the owner who works 14 a day.

To meet the demand, Diana Beqiri had to hire three new employees who whiten and potatoes “24 hours a day”.

“They only came to cut the potatoes, prepare the salad. Not so that we can rest a little,” explains the conscious owner that she will have to find a long -term solution if the enthusiasm persists.

With the exception of the three new employees, the team remains entirely . The family from Greece says it encourages itself to succeed.

Long wait

Despite the queue that sometimes requires up to an hour of waiting, customers remain understanding, underlines the owner.

“I feel bad when I the waiting time to the customers who at the checkout, but each time, they answer me that it is their choice to wait for the Putin,” said the one who says he has managed to lower the waiting time by almost half since the of the new employees.

Customers now come from as far as Sherbrooke or Quebec, while regulars continue to support the establishment.

“I worked in restaurants all my life as if it was mine, now that I have my own restaurant, I have the impression that it is my award,” says the owner.
