“Thanks to the visibility of the highway, access to the site are direct. We had in mind the retention of staff and there are already restaurants, grocery stores and several services at the shopping center which is just south of our land, ”explains Mr. Jager.
In all, Rosefellow plans to invest $ 200,000,000 in this project, which will aim at least a LEED Silver certification. The company does not know at the moment what type of businesses will settle there, but has confirmed that it does not intend to include a residential component.
“We are very confident that it will be renting quickly,” says Mr. Jager. The vacuum clearance rate for warehouses at least 40 feet high is less than 2%. ”
About 550,000 square feet of industrial buildings will be erected on the site, the transformation of which will start this fall. First spaces should open their doors before the end of 2026.
