The American publisher ServiceNow changes its platform with tools designed to deploy, supervise and have IA agents collaborate in a unified environment.
On the occasion of its Knowledge 2025 event, ServiceNow presented a new platform dedicated to the orchestration of artificial intelligence and models, accompanied by innovations and reinforced partnerships with NVIDIA, Microsoft, Google and Oracle.
The American company, which specializes in the automation of processes, thus intends to allow organizations to go from IA projects isolated to a large -scale implementation. Its platform, called ServiceNow AI, offers thousands of AI ready -to -use agents and aims to fluidly integrate existing tools and workflows.
Among the new features, the AI Control Tower solution offers a centralized control center to govern, manage, secure and operate AI agents, models or workflows, whether from serviceNow or third -party suppliers.
An infrastructure to facilitate collaboration between IA agents
Users will also have access to several technological components of the platform, including Knowledge Graph, Workflow Data Fabric and AI Agent Fabric. The latter constitutes a communication infrastructure intended to facilitate collaboration between IA agents.
ServiceNow has also strengthened its CRM capacities with new AI -based features. The objective is to group sales, control of orders and customer service within the same platform, in order to fluidify processes and improve the continuity of services.
Finally, ServiceNow introduced Abriel Nemotron 15B, a new model of language developed internally. According to the publisher, this reasoning model has been designed to provide good performance, low latency and reduced inference costs, with the aim of supporting the use cases linked to agentic AI.
