TElquel Impact: What objective did you create Orderly?
Mohamed Ait Elorf: The Orderly platform was born to support the operational excellence of the Moroccan distribution model which is unique: demanding, dense and particularly dynamic. Our objective is to put AI at the service of companies to simplify the management of deliveries, reduce costs and improve the reliability of operations. Orderly provides a concrete technological response to a strategic issue: making logistics a performance engine and not a constraint. More than a platform, Orderly is a logistical processing partner.
How to order logistics planning?
Our platform automatically plans the most efficient tours, taking into account all field constraints: timetables, volumes, geography, truck capacity, customer priorities. It maximizes vehicle filling rate, reduces unnecessary kilometers and helps teams do more with less. We also ensure real -time execution monitoring, delivery of delivery evidence, performance analysis, and even automated communication with end customers. Orderly becomes a logistics co -pilot.
You promise a 25% reduction in delivery costs. What is your approach?
-In the field, we have observed that many delivery vehicles drive with a filling rate of less than 50%. Each half -empty truck, each inevitable detour, each poor distribution of volumes, etc. These are hidden additional costs, but very real. Our platform optimizes tours to maximize the filling rate, reduce unnecessary kilometers, and organize deliveries with maximum efficiency logic. But above all, we follow the execution in real time, which allows us to identify the differences, correct the drifts and refine the plans with each cycle.
What to do to optimize tours?
Our users – planners, logistics managers, drivers, but also DG and DSI – have a simple, visual and powerful tool. Orderly allows them to automatically plan tours, by integrating dozens of business constraints. The platform assigns optimally orders, builds the shortest and most logical routes, then follows their execution step by step, with an intelligent alert system.
The use of technology can be a challenge. How do you help your customers to negotiate the technological turn?
We know that, in logistics, one cannot deploy a solution by ignoring the reality on the ground. Technology should not be a shock, but a fluid transition. At Orderly, we support each client with a human, progressive and personalized approach.
We start with simple modules, such as optimizing tours or real -time monitoring. Then, according to the maturity of the organization, we add more advanced bricks, such as operational KPIS, management of delivery evidence, or even modules specific to each sector.
