The “Déclic” photo marathon returns for a 15th edition in the Gers: creativity, heritage and exchanges with pros will punctuate this day open to all. Who will capture the best shot?
Registrations are open. To your cameras, smartphones, tablets etc. The Imaj association organizes its 15th “Déclic” Photos Marathon, which invites lovers of photos to express their creativity around Gers heritage.
The meeting is given on Saturday May 17, but registrations are made until May 3.
The marathon takes place during the day, from 10 a.m. at BIJ (youth information office). The participants will discover the first theme, and will go on the streets and roads of the Gers to make the most beautiful snapshot. They will return to the BIJ offices to submit their photo, before discovering the following theme. Four themes will be explored during the day.

At 12 noon, the participants will meet around a Spanish inn. Photo professionals will be present to chat with them in any relaxation.
At 6 p.m., new friendly moment around a drink, where the assembly will discover all the clichés taken during the day. The rue de l’Industrie will be privatized for the occasion.
The prices awarded on May 21
“It is a very friendly moment every year. It is for fun, you can come with its mobile phone and take very beautiful photos,” says Ian Grandjean, member of the Imaj ‘association, at the origin of the project, designating a winning photo of a previous edition on the association wall. “Each year, we have a hard core of participants, and new amateurs join us”.
The jury will meet on May 21 to designate the winners. It will reward the best shot of each theme with a photo draw (size 30x40cm) framed, as well as pass for various cultural events: photo workshops supervised by professionals (ISO club, etc.), shows during the Circa Festival. A traveling exhibition will present this panel of citizens look from the summer of 2025. A permanent virtual exhibition, on the Imaj ‘website, will present all the shots deposited by all the participants.
