
Opened in 1935, the Regent Theater, which became a family property, was forced to close its doors in 2006. Its design facade designed by George N. Kenworthy is kept but the projection room is transformed into apartments. The building is a beautiful testimony of the Art Deco style.
Pennsylvania Train Station

Described as the most emblematic Art Deco building in Philadelphia, the Suburban station has existed for almost a century and has been the underground terminus of steam locomotives. Today serving as a terminal for suburban trains, the station continues to serve the regional and local trains for travelers who cross the design entrance.
House of Serralves – Portugal

Completed in 1944, the Pacquebot style villa and Art Deco architecture was perched in Serralves park in Porto. Classified as a cultural heritage, the master’s house hosts the Museum of Contemporary Art in Serralves, and was designed by architects José Marques de Silva and Charles Siclis between 1931 and 1944. A rare national monument.
