If the Burj Khalifa remains the emblematic building of Dubai – if not also the tallest tower in the world – the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates stands out for its original projects, such as the PalmPalm Jumeirah (the famous palm-shaped island) or the Burj Azizi, the second tallest tower in the world, due to be completed in 2028.
The Muraba Veil and its characteristics
Designed by RCR Arquitectes like the country's traditional courtyard houses, the Muraba Viel will overlook Dubai with, on each floor, screens of vegetation and water basins. These will aim to compensate for theairair typical of the country to bring a little freshness and well-being to the apartments. Inspired by mashrabiya traditional and a real crossroads between the culture of the country, its climateclimate and nature, the Muraba Viel will aim to create a haven of peace for its future inhabitants, away from the frenzy of the city.

The particularity of this skyscraper, made up of lattices in stainless steelstainless steel porous created to measure, is undoubtedly its finesse. It was designed so that each home covers its entire width, giving a feeling of space to its occupants, and designed as a “ oasis for mind and body ».
Some figures around the Muraba Veil
If its finesse is highlighted, what is it? The Muraba Viel will measure 22.5 meters wide and 380 meters high. By comparison, the Empire State Building is 56 meters wide and the Montparnasse Tower, 39 meters.
The 131 homes in the 73-story structure will have between two and five bedrooms and are expected to have a starting price of around €4.5 million.
With such a price, it is obvious that the Muraba Veil will offer a multitude of ultra-luxurious services: spas, saunas, hammocks, treatment rooms, giant swimming pool, sports halls, private cinema, padel court, etc. which will blend into a decor of wadi underground decorated with palm trees, sablesable and waterfalls. Level 31 will be reserved for the arrangement of typical lounges (the majlis), dining rooms and meeting rooms, and the roof will accommodate swimming pools as well as lounges in a natural setting. The tower is expected to be completed in 2028, in the meantime you can still book your second home in the Muraba Veil…
