Shannen Doherty has decided to speed up her divorce proceedings. On June 14, the actress filed a request in court against her ex, photographer Kurt Iswarienko, to pay her alimony and cover part of her legal fees.
According to the Page Six website, the star of Beverly Hills requests $15,343 in monthly alimony “retroactive to June 1, 2024,” a lump sum of $9,100 for her attorney fees, and also $11,800 for various fees she has accrued “in order to obtain the answers Kurt’s Complete Records” as part of the divorce proceedings.
Reduced income
The one who was Prue Halliwel in the series Charmed, between 1998 and 2001, was able to survive for a while thanks to residual income from the broadcast of episodes of the series, but from June 30 of this year, the windfall will dry up. In fact, the series will no longer be broadcast on any of the main streaming platforms.
“Due to my recurring health problems, I am largely unable to work and have no job prospects. Today, virtually all of the income I earn is residual income from the work I did before marriage,” the court document states. The star will therefore be without resources.

She and her spokesperson suggested that Kurt Iswarienko, who is 49 years old, is having an affair with his “agent”, Collier Grimm, for whom he spends lavishly although he claims to not have the means to help his ex pay his medical expenses.
Alone in the face of illness
“While I was unable to work, incurred exorbitant medical expenses not covered by insurance to undergo experimental treatments in hopes of prolonging my life, Kurt flew, spending thousands of dollars in medical spas, jewelry stores, Gucci and on flights for his “agent”, while claiming that he did not have enough funds to support me, “she criticizes.
“Although Kurt’s income is significantly higher than mine, he has not paid any temporary spousal support or contributed to my legal or accounting costs since the time our action in divorce has been filed,” she said in her memo to the judge.
