Discover the interior of this gigantic building where 20,000 people live without ever leaving

For the first time, the immense Chinese building reveals its sumptuous interior. The wealthiest have access to the most spacious apartments.

Four months ago, we presented to you the Regent International, a huge building of more than 260,000 square meters and 205 meters high, in China.

In addition to its disproportionate size, this immense complex located in the business district of Hangzhou has the particularity of having everything you need to live, such as supermarkets, a food court, leisure centers and even hair salons, distributed over 39 floors. To the point that the 20,000 residents no longer even need to leave the building.

Except that until now, no one except the residents had any idea what the inside of the building looked like. Only the exterior and the S-shape of the building were shown to us on TikTok.

This wrong has now been repaired since the expat-home site has just shared previously unpublished photos.

In the first photo shared, we can see that the interior design is very impressive. In addition, the apartments have a different configuration. As you can see, the corridors are decorated with marble, which gives the place a rather luxurious atmosphere reminiscent of large hotels.

We then discover images of a gym, spacious and very well equipped with machines. In the apartments, a sober and modern decoration stands out. Additionally, some apartments offer stunning views of Qianjiang Century City.

However, it is important to remember that these beautiful apartments have a high price: between 800 and 850 euros per month for a surface area ranging from 54 to 60 square meters. Add an extra 80-90 euros for wi-fi, cleaning and amenities.

For more modest budgets, the apartments available are smaller and do not have windows! Their price is around 202 euros per month.
