A graduate of the Brittany School of Architecture, the architect HMONP (Project management qualification in own name), Marion Philippe opened her architectural studio in spring 2024.
“After years of experience in agencies, in Paris and Rennes, it seemed obvious to me to return to live in South Finistère, in Pluguffan, where I spent my childhood and adolescence, confides Marion Philippe. The quality of life, the landscapes, the proximity to the locals, I like it all here. »
In the bright workshop that she shares with the seamstress Elsa Philippe and the engraver Béatrice Giffo, the architect offers her services and her know-how for all construction and renovation projects.
“An artisanal practice of architecture”
“I claim an artisanal practice of architecture, through a privileged relationship with project management”, she explains.
Its missions range from studying the feasibility of the project (preliminary studies and survey of the existing situation) to assistance with the award of work contracts and site monitoring.
She establishes a final preliminary project then creates the administrative file before validating with the client the choices of materials and construction systems.
