W9 pulls a new surprise out of its bag! This Monday, April 29, a mini-video was released on the social networks of M6’s little sister. It notably features very well-known faces in the world of reality TV such as Julien and Manon Tanti, Greg Yega, Amélie Neten, Bastos and even Simon Castaldi, who nevertheless announced that he had withdrawn from this television genre. This new show already has a name: The apprentice champions. And for this new adventure, the start of which is scheduled for Monday May 27 on W9, Patrick Montel, the former athletics commentator on France Télévisions, will have an important role in the progress of the event.

Having become customary to reveal its castings a few weeks before the broadcast, the TNT channel has revealed the identities of the first candidates called to appear in this new game. Thus, viewers will be able to find key faces of the Marseille like Julien and Manon Tanti, Océane El Himer and Greg Yega. The Nine didn’t go very far to draw on its other players either. Nikola Lozina, currently starring in The Power every evening of the week, is also there. He will notably find Simon Castaldi, Bastos, Clarysse and Adixia, who have already appeared in his former Rest of the World team.

As for the rest of the cast, Beverly, Lisa-Marie and Samy (The Island of Temptation), Simon Féraud and Soraya (Married at all costs), Giovanni Prat and especially Amélie Neten are expected! All these candidates agreed to take on an intense challenge: putting themselves in the shoes of real athletes! So, a few weeks before the start of the Olympic Games, these participants will pay tribute, in their own way, to the flagship disciplines of the competition such as swimming, athletics and gymnastics. They will have to achieve the best times, in order to win as many medals as possible, and therefore money for their associations. Laurent Maistret, the usual presenter of Apprentice adventurers, was once again chosen to host this show. He will be supported by Pierre-Ambroise Bosse, former champion and specialist in the 800 meters and by Muriel Hurtis, expert in the 4X100 meters relay. Even stronger and surprising, the historic athletics commentator (from 1983 to 2020) on France Télévisions, Patrick Montel, will comment on these events alongside Paga, the former participant of the Marseille.
