Some even failed their exams.
“Carnage”.
This Sunday evening, two university residences at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, were hit by a terrible food poisoning.
According to The Guardian, which reports from New Zealand media Stuff, around a hundred students fell ill after eating chicken “souvláki” served in the canteen. Either Greek-style skewers prepared by a caterer for both establishments.
Exams
The rest: “real carnage”testifies a student. The patients woke up almost all at the same time. As a result, long queues formed at the toilets. And many of them had no choice but to vomit out the window. A particularly affected student said she needed to go to the toilet a dozen times. Other students suffered “accidents” and soiled their clothes.
Under these conditions, several “victims” were unable to take their exams. They should receive an exemption in order to be able to attend later.
