The war still rages

Meanwhile in Quebec, the war between the Blood Mafia Family (BFM) and the Hells Angels for the control of drug trafficking continues, while several violent crimes have occurred since the start of the year.

Among other things, gunshots rang out in front of a hotel in Lévis last Saturday evening, where a man in his twenties was seriously injured after being hit by several projectiles. Then, Wednesday morning, gunshots also caused commotion on a commercial street in Sainte-Marie, in Beauce. According to our Investigation Office, the person targeted would be Alexandre Maltais, a member in good standing of the Hells Angels of the Quebec chapter.

In Saguenay, a woman in her thirties was also kidnapped and held captive, before being seriously injured in a road accident while trying to get rid of her captors, thus causing a loss of control.

Remember that the leader of the BFM, Dave “Pic” Turmel, originally from Lévis, rose to the top of the list of the most wanted criminals in the country last December.
