LafargeHolcim Côte d’Ivoire, the only cement company in the country to offer a complete digital experience, has just implemented version 2 of its online ordering application, E-Bélier.

Since its initial launch on August 28, 2018, E-Bélier has transformed the way customers interact with the company. Through this application, customers and partners can order, pay for and load their cement order securely, without having to travel.

During a ceremony held at the company’s headquarters, in the presence of customer representatives, sales teams and members of the Management Committee, the latter discovered the new features of this innovative application.

Today, 98% of reseller customers use the E-Bélier application, benefiting from fluid exchanges and a cutting-edge customer experience. With “E-Bélier V2”, this subsidiary of the Holcim Group is taking a new step in its ambition to offer a world-class service to its customers.

Among the new features, the geolocation of deliveries particularly stands out. This innovation allows customers to track the delivery of their orders in real time, ensuring total transparency and optimized management of delivery times.

This advancement should encourage the company’s manufacturing customers to massively adopt the application. The E-Belier application, named after a flagship product line, shows the hierarchy’s desire to integrate digital into the management of the company’s activities.

The introduction of OTP (One Time Password) login also allows the user to receive a unique validation code by SMS, ensuring enhanced security and eliminating the problem of forgotten passwords.

The digital platform offers quick access to essential information with new menus on the home page, such as “Connected user”, “Connection date” and “Removal authorization”.

It also allows for easier ordering. Customers can now choose between an improved classic route and an advanced route, allowing them to place a large quantity order of cement in one click.

The geolocation of deliveries integrated into the E-Belier application gives users the possibility of tracking cement deliveries in real time, offering complete visibility and precise management of deadlines.

Today, the application is available to iPhone users, expanding its accessibility. In a speech, Mr. Rachid Yousry, the CEO of LafargeHolcim Côte d’Ivoire, stressed the importance of the customer experience that the company offers.

“This new version of E-Bélier is further proof of our commitment to providing world-class service to our customers. We encourage all our customers to adopt this application, a true ally for the daily management of their activities,” he said.

LafargeHolcim Côte d’Ivoire is a subsidiary of the Holcim Group, a world leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions. It offers a wide range of value-added products, contributing to the creation of greener cities and smarter infrastructure, while placing people and communities at the heart of its success.
