“As president of the +Generalitat+ (Editor's note: regional government), I want to apologize” to the people who had “the feeling that the aid was not arriving or was not sufficient”, he said. he said in a highly anticipated speech, in which he must account for the problems that marked the authorities' response to this disaster.

“I am not going to deny (that there were) errors,” declared the president of the region in this speech delivered at his initiative. “I will not shirk any responsibility,” he added.
