The 13th season of Best pastry chef ended this Thursday, January 9 on M6, after three months of sweet competition. After José’s elimination in the middle of the final, Timothée and Tsiory faced off in a final test, judged by Cyril Lignac, Mercotte, Pierre Hermé, one of the best pastry chefs in the world, and an audience of thirty people. The two finalists had to submit their signature cake for a chance to win the coveted title and the chance to publish their own cookbook. After tasting, it was Timothée, the youngest of the season, who was unanimously elected the big winner.
