Weapons

The son of Louis-Phillipe and Maria, Ivan (Alfred Poirier), returns to Kanawata after having done the recruit camp in Saint-Jean. His parents are relieved to finally hear from him after weeks of silence from him. However, they are in shock when they find him. “It’s like he’s aged 10 years. He doesn’t look like himself anymore. Stéphanie received a prescription for medication to relieve her pain. To experience benefits, she must take increasingly larger doses. “She will become addicted to painkillers,” reveals Isabelle Courval. His colleagues will realize this, because it will influence his decisions and his attitude. The policewoman will be in denial and will lie about the number of pills she swallows each day. A confrontation will become inevitable.

Witches

An intriguing character, played by Fanny Mallette, makes his entrance and he will take on great importance as the weeks go by. “She will upset Sainte-Piété.” Furthermore, the Grim Reaper will do its work. “There are deaths. Not one, not two, but a few,” confide the authors.

About Antoine

The author confirms the arrival of new characters, notably Sylvie Potvin, who will be the mother of Julie, Maxime Denommée, Jean-François Beaupré and Claude Despins. “Several good actors will be added to the cast. Some of them will be part of Antoine’s medical team.”

Cerebrum

Even if he is happy in a relationship, Danno will fall under the spell of another woman. “He had a peaceful life until everything exploded,” reveals Sylvie Gaudreault. This new impulse in love, which will make him as blind as it is vulnerable, will be stronger than reason and will lead him into a dangerous spiral.

It is completely demolished,” reveals Pierre-Marc Drouin. To add to her misfortune, their daughter, Joanna (Josiane Benoît), will decide to live with her father in Toronto.

“A real mystery arises around Mathilde’s suicide. The more the story progresses, the more we wonder about his death. What if she hadn’t killed herself and her death was more complicated than the children believed? Could she have been murdered?

The Call

Consumed by guilt, Gagné had to put up with the hurtful comments made towards him.
