Baptiste is not Romy's father
Baptiste finds Emma and tells her that he has received the results of the test: he is not Romy's father. Emma replies that this doesn't change anything about her deception and that she doesn't know if she wants to continue their relationship.
For his part, Gabriel finds Thomas in a hotel and confides to him that he has become attached to Romy and that he has difficulty saying goodbye to her. After a few comforting words, Gabriel manages to convince Thomas, who finally decides to bring Romy back to her mother.
Kilian confides to Aya that he feels like a part of the Marci family since Baptiste's return. Aya tries to reassure him, but Kilian remains convinced otherwise.
Meanwhile, Déborah goes to the Pavillon des Fleurs, where Éric tells her that Baptiste is not Romy's father. Déborah admits that she had a feeling about it, but that she would have liked it to be him.
Déborah then finds Thomas at the Pavilion and returns Romy to him. She shows how deeply she loves the little one. Thomas is touched, and she replies that she would have liked him to be Romy's grandfather.
Back at the apartment, Thomas comes across some of Romy's things and can't contain his tears.
Ophélie and her new home
Aya blows out Ophélie's birthday candle, but the latter is sad because of her mother's lies. Aya promises him that everything will be fine and suggests opening a box in the Advent calendar to see the phrase of the day.
Ulysse informs Vanessa that Ophélie wishes to find her biological parents. Vanessa retorts that he is making a big mistake.
Ophélie joins Ulysse at Vanessa's apartment to collect some things. Ulysses explains to him that it is not an easy process to find your biological parents. Ophélie thinks that her mother is lying to her, while Ulysse believes that Vanessa is sincere when she talks about the mistreatment suffered by Ophélie in the past.
Aya announces to Ophélie that a room has become available at the Massalia residence and offers her a key. She encourages him to open the calendar box, which displays: “Accept the 25th, it’s the spirit of Christmas.” Aya explains to Ophélie that her future room will be number 25.
Zoé and Ariane want to celebrate their first Christmas together
Zoé asks Ariane for pocket money so she can give her a gift, but the policewoman refuses. Patrick suggests that Ariane open a box on the Advent calendar, but she declines. Finally, she gives in, and the message indicates that she must not lose her childish soul. Patrick convinces her that celebrating Christmas with Zoé could allow her to share a joyous evening.
In the evening, Ariane gives Zoé a Christmas sweater and suggests that she celebrate Christmas together by creating a new family tradition.
