Guest on the show HDM: Music Weekly on W9, Amir spoke about his professional and personal life in front of Erika Moulet. During this long interview, he explained that he wanted to maintain a semblance of rationality on a daily basis.
Since his time in The Voicebroadcast on TF1, in 2016, Amir is one of the French's favorite singers thanks to his hits, such as I searched, In the heart of me et The streets of my pain. After three albums, he released his last record C Amir last September. For the occasion, he was Erika Moulet's guest on the show HDM: Music Weekly broadcast on W9. The Franco-Israeli artist, who will soon be a father again, spoke about his career, as well as the consequences of his success.
Amir assures that he wants “keep your feet on the ground”
For more than eight years, Amir has managed to seduce his fans with his guitar and his pop songs. However, he revealed to Erika Moulet that he was afraid that the success would not last. “It was a tsunami. An immense wave of highlighting which has a much wider echo than that of France alone”he explained before adding: “The risk is also that it is an epiphenomenon. I knew the real victory would be to stay there and have people who are with me for the long term.” However, Lital's husband assured that he did not want success to go to his head. For this, he revealed that he continues to carry out his daily tasks: “Not wanting to alter my balance, my simplicity, since that is what I was educated in, it is very common to see me dropping off the children, going to the supermarket, taking the metro…” Amir declared that he especially wants “keep your feet on the ground to have a life that doesn’t change” and clarified that even if he “always dreamed of being a singer and seeing [ses] songs exist in people’s lives”he does not have “never dreamed of being a star”.
Amir and his wife Lital will soon welcome their third child
Since their marriage in July 2014, Amir and Lital welcomed their first son Mikhaël in February 2019, and little Gold in July 2022. Today, the couple is expecting their third child. They announced the happy event last November at the NRJ Music Awards 2024, where the young mother revealed her rounded belly. Guest on RFM at the beginning of December, Amir delivered some secrets about the future little one with humor: “The third one we don't know at all what we're going to call it […] We're expecting it in February, it's soon, but we're too lazy to worry about it.
