The “Bigdil” is back: Cyril Hanouna is not confident about Vincent Lagaf’

More than 20 years later, Vincent Lagaf’ and Bill return. Indeed, the famous game, the Bigdilwho made the heyday of TF1 for seven years before disappearing in 2004, is preparing to make a comeback. A cult game, broadcast soon on RMC Story. If fans are eagerly awaiting this return, Cyril Hanouna recently expressed his apprehensions.

Although he wishes the success of Vincent Lagaf’, the presenter of TPMP thinks it will be difficult to attract as many viewers as the channel hoped for. He estimated, on Thursday December 5, 2024, on the set of his daily newspaper, that the objectives of the bigdil and of RMC Story were too high.

Cyril Hanouna not confident for the return of “Bigdil”

Indeed, Guillaume Genton first revealed that the channel had “ordered 30 shows”. “So the channel believes a lot in the project, they have invested a lot in the show. It will cost a lot more than traditional TNT premiums and they believe in it a lot”revealed the talk show columnist.

Before continuing: “And the first images, frankly, don’t look cheap for a TNT thing. It doesn’t look bad, it looks like the Bigdil from before”. Nevertheless, despite a new decor and a general update, Cyril Hanouna confided that he had difficulty believing in the success of the game.

“Honestly? I… I think it’s complicated today to… It depends on what their objectives are, but at that price they would have to get 500 or 600,000 viewers…. It seems compromised to me”he estimated.

Goals too high?

For his part, Bernard Montiel believes in it. “I believe the public needs entertainment”he said before Cyril Hanouna retorted: “I think you’re completely wrong. No, really, you’re completely wrong. Today, it’s the big news. They’ll never make 500, 600,000. I think it’s going to be complicated”.

Even if the facilitator has difficulty believing in the success of the bigdilhe still expressed his joy at finding Vincent Lagaf’ on television: “but in any case it’s a beautiful product and congratulations to Vincent for coming back, it always makes us happy”he rejoiced before recognizing that he could nevertheless “to be wrong”.
