Immersed in the year 1763, this captivating series recounts the upheaval experienced by Marguerite Volant, a young woman of 20, in the aftermath of the Treaty of Paris, which marks the end of New France. Daughter of Lord Claude Volant, Marguerite sees her world collapse as the colony comes under British domination. Sentenced to exile for attempted murder, she finds a glimmer of hope thanks to the English captain James Chase, who has a secret love for her.
Created by Jacques Jacob et Monique H. Messier and produced by Charles Binamé, Marguerite Flying highlights an exceptional cast. Catherine Sénard plays the main role alongside major figures in Quebec cinema and television, including Pascale Bussières, Pierre Curzi, Pascale Montpetit, Philippe Cousineau, Benoit Brièreet Michael Sapieha.
