The adventure Koh-Lanta, The Cursed Tribe is almost coming to an end. After more than a month of survival, there are only five left in the running for the title of winner: Charlotte, Cécile, Thibault, Ilyesse and Jacques. But at the end of the episode broadcast this Tuesday, November 26, there are only three left! Summary of this evening where they competed in the legendary orienteering test, where the finalists of the TF1 game were chosen.
First head to the residence of the final jury, where Ugo joins his comrades. He explains his journey to them and tells how his elimination happened. This is also a first for him: during his two previous participations, he had gone to the end of the game. Sarah burst into tears because she believes that Ugo deserved to win the game.
Then, it’s time for the highly anticipated orienteering race. The five adventurers find themselves facing Denis Brogniart. The rules are always the same. Their mission is to find one of the three daggers that will allow them to qualify for the next stage, namely the poles. But first, you have to find one of three remarkable elements: the brown stones, the perforated wood or the white tree. Once done, within a radius of 20 steps around this element, you must find a beacon. On it, a number and a color are written and this corresponds to the distance as well as the direction to take to finally find the dagger. In this test, Robinson apprentices have a compass as well as a map.
Koh-Lanta 2024: Thibault alone in his zone, the others in duo
Thibault heads towards the brown stones, Ilyesse chose the perforated wood and Cécile the white tree. She is joined by Jacques… but also Charlotte. There are three of them in the same area. Finally, Charlotte changes and chooses to join Ilyesse at the perforated wood.
Jacques is the first to find his remarkable element. For its part, Ilyesse also located the perforated wood. While he pretends to have found nothing in order to lead Charlotte on another path, the latter then falls on it in her turn. Finally, Thibault, alone in his area, finds the brown stones. Surprised, Ilyesse finds the beacon and discreetly goes to the orientation table to know in which direction to look for the dagger. In the process, Thibault also finds him in his area.
Koh-Lanta orienteering race: The tone rises between Ilyesse and Charlotte
On the area of the perforated wood, Ilyesse returns after knowing the direction to take. And straight away, he sets things straight with Charlotte: he explains to her that he found the marker, the beacon and is now heading towards the dagger. He then asks her not to encroach on his area. Request refused by the young woman… Ilyesse gets annoyed and asks Charlotte not to stick it. He even offers to be “good player” and to join Jacques and Cécile, where she would have a better chance of escaping. The tone rises but the two adventurers remain focused in their search. It is then that Charlotte in turn finds the beacon. They are now all both searching for the dagger.
On the side of the white tree, Jacques has indeed found the landmark… which he has lost!
Koh-Lanta 2024: Thibault, first qualified for the posts, followed by Ilyesse
For his part, Thibault heads towards the beach, in search of the precious knife. The problem is that there are a lot of stones. But he knows it: the dagger is there, under one of these stones. He persists and ends up finding the object after 1 hour 23 minutes! Thibault joins the orientation table and Denis Brogniart, he is the first qualified for the poles!
Stress is mounting for his four competitors. After a long search, Cécile finally found her remarkable item. After 2.5 hours of the ordeal, Jacques and Cécile both search for the beacon.
Near the perforated tree, Ilyesse ends up coming across the dagger! He shouts his joy and encourages his comrade Charlotte, who goes to join Cécile and Jacques. After 3h03, he plants his dagger in the post and realizes that he is qualified for the rest.
The three Koh-Lanta finalists designated!
Cécile finds the beacon, she rushes towards the orientation table to know where to go to find the dagger. Charlotte arrives late and looks for the marker. For his part, Jacques comes across the marker, he goes to the orientation table. Cécile has doubts about the direction and announces returning to the orientation table. But she sees Jacques coming back and decides to observe him to know where to look.
All three then look for the dagger in the same place. And it’s ultimately Charlotte who finds him! She bursts into tears and appears very emotional. She qualified after 4h53 of the event.
Cécile cries to have arrived this far. For his part, Jacques says he is proud of the person he has become and would like to thank Frédéric, who gave him his trust.
Next step for Thibault, Ilyesse and Charlotte, the pole test !
