The hardest part was finding the special popcorn corn seed. Then, it was enough to set up the workshop and develop the recipes: cinnamon, sugar or curry. Pop’Creuse was born last September, and it is already a hit, particularly on the markets.

For the moment, Florian has only sown half a hectare of popcorn corn, among his conventional corn.
