“Koh Lanta: The Cursed Tribe”: just before his elimination, Gustin eats all the rice to take revenge on his tribe but his strategy fails

Gustin, eliminated from “Koh Lanta: The Cursed Tribe”, admitted to having eaten all the rice to take revenge on his tribe. The strategy of the Vaudois candidate failed because the adventurers received a new bag just after his departure.

In the episode of Koh Lanta : The Cursed Tribe broadcast on TF1 this Tuesday, November 12, the adventurers were entitled to an additional packet of rice. While Gustin had deliberately eaten everything before his elimination to put on his teammates, reports Hufftonpost.

The Swiss confessed to his ploy in a video posted on his TikTok account, after his elimination was broadcast last week: “I don't know if you caught it, but the day I got eliminated, we ran out of rice! I had calculated exactly. I knew I was going to get eliminated, and suddenly we had everything sleet just before I leave.”

“It was hilarious, I left them in a bit of a pickle! What will happen to them now? They no longer have a kitchen, no more rice” he joked. But, the winners of the week's comfort test were welcomed by a family of rice farmers. Before their departure, this family even offered them a bag of around 500 grams of rice to help them get through the rest of the adventure.

He complained about the lack of food in the camp

Gustin often complained about the lack of food at the camp, leading to frequent reproaches from the women and even conflict. In another video posted after his elimination, he even thanked the adventurers for taking him out of the game, happy to finally be able to eat his fill.

Thibault, one of his allies, for his part refused to believe in this selfish behavior. “Apparently, he was cheating a little on the food. I didn't notice anything. The girls and Jacques sometimes talk a little too much.” he confided.

At the end of the episode, a user asked Gustin if he understood the girls' complaints better by seeing himself on television. With humor, the Swiss replied: “They left me to starve, I will never change my mind!”
