This Sunday, Christine Beaulieu and Véronique Cloutier were on the set of Tout le monde en parole to promote the film Le cyclone de Noël, derived from the series L’oeil du cyclone, in theaters now.
If the spirit was one of celebration and laughter, viewers were also treated to an unexpected moment of emotion with Christine Beaulieu, when host Guy A. Lepage asked her a very specific question:
« This is the sad moment, it’s your first Christmas without your mom. How are you going to experience this? »
Surprised, the actress replied “ I’m going to try cooking his donuts. I have his recipe book, you know Cuisine raisonnée, which many people know. Sorry, I wasn’t expecting the question… “, just before being embraced by emotion, a feeling that many could understand after the loss of a loved one.
« I’m really going to try to cook his donuts, because I can’t imagine Christmas without his donuts, so once again the tradition for me is important. His meat pie, I think I’ll try to make that too. I think that through this, we will continue its presence. »
In the grip of tears, Christine was able to count on the support of her accomplice, Véronique Cloutier, who took the plunge when she saw that her friend was breaking down.
It was both sad and beautiful to see.
This is a very authentic feeling that many feel as the holidays approach. Memories are often found in the nostalgia of certain good cooked meals.
The Christmas Cyclone is in theaters everywhere in Quebec.
Tout le monde entalk continues on Sundays at 8 p.m. on -.
Note that this week, one guest was disinvited while another caused a lot of discomfort.
