Ilyesse (Koh-Lanta) remembers a particular moment when extreme “suffering” put him in danger

This Friday, November 8, Ilyesse revealed a few secrets during an FAQ launched on Instagram. During this, the young man frankly admitted that he had thought about giving up Koh-Lanta, the cursed tribe at a specific moment of the adventure.

After several weeks of intense adventure, Koh-Lanta, the cursed tribe is about to come to an end. Despite his good performance, Ilyesse did not manage to reach the final which will take place this Tuesday, November 12. That said, the adventurer did not emerge as a total loser from this experience between the shared memories or the links that unite him with several partners. And although he was one of the youngest participants, the engineering student was able to show that he had deserved his place.

Ilyesse talks about difficult times in Koh-Lanta

If the cameraman had fun filming Ilyesse asleep on several occasions and brightened up the viewers' evenings, it was not always joyful for the candidate. Indeed, the 23-year-old young man has already explained his condition and confided on this subject: “You see how skinny I was, I can't take it anymore, I don't even talk anymore, I don't move anymore.” Fortunately, his condition did not prevent him from performing well.

Koh-Lanta: Ilyesse almost abandoned the adventure

Now that he no longer appears in the episodes, Ilyesse can say everything about his adventure. This Friday, November 8, for example, the adventurer confided that he thought about giving up Koh Lanta and revealed when during an FAQ on Instagram: “At one point in the adventure, I really wanted to give up. I really thought about it. I said to myself. You're reaching a limit. You are pushing your body to a level of difficulty suffering. So obviously I thought about giving up. But I said to myself no you can't give up. You can't leave your team”. Then, he clarified when this desire came to him: “It was when there was, before, reunification. From the fifteenth day or so. It was very, very complicated. We barely ate anything. I said to myself, what was I doing here, we were losing a lot, Michel had just left, I ended up getting used to it.” He had great mental strength to not give up and it paid off!
