This week at the Institute, Sabri is at the heart of all the accusations. The entire Institute is convinced that he is the administrator of Oz, and that he is therefore responsible for all the challenges launched and their consequences on the students. Faced with overwhelming evidence, Sabri proclaims his innocence! He is sent to a disciplinary council, but only his godmother Olivia Listrac seems to believe him… While everything seemed lost for the young man, the real administrator of Oz ends up denouncing himself: against all odds, it is of Penelope! The one who came close to death warns Delobel and puts an end to her charade. Classes at the Institute will be able to resume. However, if all this history seemed to be behind them, the students are not at the end of their trouble… A new administrator has hacked the application, and is sending new Oz challenges, all centered on Chief Delobel. Rumors are rife at the Institute. The new administrator of Oz uses hijacked videos to completely discredit Benoît Delobel, making him appear to be a very violent man. The director of the Institute goes off the rails and, despite himself, feeds the rumors… Only Lionel and Jasmine defend the great starred chef. Unfortunately, all these rumors will quickly tarnish the reputation of the Institute… Customers cancel their reservations! Everything is going worse and worse for Delobel, who ends up making a decision with serious consequences: he resigns! This departure leaves room for a new arrival, and not the least… This week highlights the return of the most feared great chef of all time: Emmanuel Teyssier! Did you miss him? He is back at the Institute and intends to take over the reins of his school, in his own way. Tremble, apprentice cooks: Teyssier is here, and he’s not going to do any favors!
