The friendly Gino Chouinard was present on Sunday evening on the show Everyone is talking about it and he delivered an excellent interview, showing a lot of openness in his remarks. In the first minutes, Guy A. Lepage looked back on notable moments in Gino’s career. It was hilarious to see the host teach him that Gino La Girafea giraffe who bore his first name, had finally returned to his country and had never really kept his name.
Gino Chouinard couldn’t help but burst out laughing when he said that he had even received a certificate!
It was also funny to see a photo of a very special moment that took place on the set of Hi Hello with a candidate who had been excluded fromOccupation double and who cried while Stéphane Gonzalez was disguised as Boy George at his side, in addition to the famous Captain Cosmos costume!

Then, the conversation then became much more serious as Gino Chouinard admitted that the negative news had become very heavy for him.
The host tells us that it was during a day during the war in Ukraine that he finally experienced the straw that broke the camel’s back.
« ÇIt happened to me one Saturday morning (…) I saw bodies of women and children bathed in blood. I felt like my heart hurt “, he said.
He also mentioned this: “ I was tired towards the end of dealing with news in the news which was constantly negative (…) we are inundated with bad news and it seems that at a given moment, we have the impression that everything is going wrong all the time. »
However, he admits to having always been aware that there are beautiful things through the dark and negative news, but it was increasingly difficult for him. In particular, he gives as an example the different confrontations that constantly arise between different groups.
He continues by talking about his relationship with his partner, Isabelle Gauthier. The couple experienced very difficult times for two years. “ This was the case for us. And we got through it and we’re still in love. There, the only fight we have at home is the fight for the remote control! (Laughs) »
Before talking about his intimate life with his lover, Gino confirms that he took the time to consult Isabelle to obtain her authorization.
It was then that we witnessed enormous unease on the set of Everyone is talking about it while Guy A. Lepage and Gino Chouinard spoke about the cuts of numerous employees, including several who were on the team of Hi Hello.
First of all, Gino said, “ Ah it was so difficult! Half the crew was crying on set. Half the team had received a letter overnight. »
Gino admits that he and his team had to process the news on the show, but weren’t sure how to approach such a difficult subject, but he eventually managed to find the right words.
