They are as predictable as they are comforting. And that’s probably why viewers love them so much. Christmas TV movies are getting as far ahead as Mariah Carey this year and arriving before the All Saints’ Day holidays have even started. TF1 opens the garlanded hostilities this Monday, October 14 with the broadcast of the first new fiction of the season. The channel will offer at 2:20 p.m. My Christmas fairy tale, which brings together Lacey Chabert and Scott Wolf, stars of the series Life at Five.
The story? “When their mother invites Lindsay and Brad to spend Christmas in Scotland, they have no idea that this trip will be an opportunity to reconnect with part of their past and will change their lives forever…”. A change of scenery which will continue every early afternoon from Monday to Friday on TF1 with a unique meeting. On the program: good feelings overflowing with marshmallows against a backdrop of snowy settings. The perfect combo for relaxing in front of the TV.
The festivities will begin a day earlier on TMC, which will offer five Christmas TV films from 8:35 a.m. to 6:55 p.m. this Sunday. All mornings on channel number 10 will then be devoted to these fictions which will all be available on TF1+.
