In the new episode of “L’amour est dans le pré”, broadcast this Monday, October 7 on M6, Gilles and Marie confirm their crush during a romantic stroll away from Isabelle, his second guest on the farm.
Since August 19, Karine Le Marchand has already returned to M6 for season 19 of Love is in the meadowwhere fifteen new candidates, aged 26 to 69, took part in speed dating. Among the farmers looking for a soul mate, Gilles, a 69-year-old retiree, chose Marie and Isabelle to accompany him to the farm. Nicknamed “Gilou, the trickster” by the host, Gilles has already stood out with his daring jokes. During a dinner, he told his suitors: “Which one is going to come tuck me in tonight?” shocking Isabelle who considered the remark exaggerated. Marie, for her part, believes that these jokes hide a deep need for affection in the breeder. Although he exchanged a first kiss with Isabelle, Marie does not intend to step aside!
Gilles (Love is in the meadow) : “She gave me little sensations”
In the last episodes of Love is in the meadow, Gilles confided to his friend Renaud, who is also part of the cast, that his feelings were now leaning in favor of Marie, whom he finds sweet and joyful. As the adventure progresses, the retiree gets closer and closer to her, while taking “step back” towards Isabelle. “I feel more and more complicity with him, he knows what he wants”Marie felt. During the new episode of this Monday, October 7, available in preview on M6+, the two singles share a romantic stroll hand in hand in a medieval village. “I wanted to feel her, touch her. She gave me little sensations. I didn’t imagine all that, I feel rejuvenated”, he rejoices. Marie, for her part, also admits to feeling a certain emotion : “In the stomach, it moves. They’re not butterflies, I don’t know what they are.”
Gilles and Marie kiss out of sight
On the way back, the couple exchange hugs and discuss the distance that separates theme. “I would like to come here, spend a month, but you should come too. And then, let’s take stock to see if we miss each other, to see if we can continue,” says Gilou’s favorite suitor. A proposal that deeply affects the farmer. “She wants to come to my house for a month, so stay after the stay on the farm. It’s all very heartwarming,” he gets excited. Back at the farm, Gilles kisses Marie and asks her to keep this moment secret so as not to hurt Isabelle. “I’m coming to give you a kiss, an intimate kiss for both of us”he whispers to her. “I asked Marie not to talk about the kiss, it’s a secret”explains Gilles, facing the camera.
