The success of the start of the school year. On September 16, TF1 launched its event mini-series entitled Brocéliande. Led by Nolwenn Leroy – who plays her first major role here – the series immerses the viewer in a mysterious story. The winner of the second season of the Star Academy portrays the character of Fanny Legoff, a biologist who finds happiness in Paris. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she receives a mysterious package containing a bloody billhook. Next to it, a letter designates our biologist heroine as the culprit of a kidnapping. To solve this enigma, Fanny will go to Brittany to her family’s land. Nolwenn Leroy plays opposite Marie-Anne Chazel, Thomas Jouannet and Catherine Marchal. And the three Mondays of broadcast were crowned with success for TF1 since more than 4 million viewers followed the adventures of Fanny Legoff.

The interpreter of Claire Guinot in Here it all begins recounted with pleasure the filming of Brocéliande where she delightfully plays the wicked and formidable Armelle Kermabon. “Let’s imagine this character without this ending, it becomes a secondary character who doesn’t have much flavor, who is very smooth. There, she becomes less smooth and that’s what’s great”she declared, while recalling that her character in the TF1 series had a triple murder under her belt.
Brocéliande : a season 2 envisaged?
After recalling that her character was arrested for this triple homicide, Catherine Marchal recalled that the series Brocéliande was constructed as an event mini-series with a specific ending and not as a series that could lead to other seasons. “With each success, we dream of a season 2 but that wouldn’t be a good idea. And then, it was written to be closed like that so let’s stick with this great success”she said.
